About Kelly

Hi, I'm Kelly. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, as well as New York and Colorado. As a queer woman who went on her own deconstruction, self actualizing, coming-out-publicly-married-to-a-woman journey (and went to therapy for it) I am uniquely qualified to know the ways that therapy can help (and hurt) these stages of your life and relationships. 

I decided to become a therapist after years of working in churches as a (gulp) youth pastor, I feel like I should get that out of the way first. Ever since my internship years, and my own deconstruction, however, I have realized that I am much more suited for helping people think for and heal themselves than anything else. So that's what I do now through my private practice, YouTube Channel, and Instagram
